In today’s world, both kids and adults are facing more pressure than ever—social media, academic and work demands, family expectations, and the constant pace of change can take a serious toll on mental health. Children may struggle with anxiety, mood swings, or difficulty coping with transitions, while adults often battle burnout, depression, or a sense of disconnection. These challenges can feel overwhelming and isolating, but they’re also increasingly common. Recognizing that you're not alone is the first step toward healing and growth.

     I use an integrative psychiatry approach that looks beyond symptoms to understand the whole person—mind, body, and environment. This means blending traditional psychiatric care with evidence-based tools like mindfulness, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and therapy. Together, we’ll identify the root causes of distress and build a personalized plan to support emotional well-being. My goal is to help clients not only overcome immediate obstacles but also develop the resilience and self-awareness needed for long-term mental health and balance.
